Sessions
You and I will sit in a quiet, safe space where you can bring all the worries on your mind and issues that trouble you, past, present or future, and I will ensure your confidentiality. Sessions last 60 minutes, once a week, and I will hold this time and space just for you with no interruptions.

I am flexible around working evenings or weekends if that is best for you.
Cost
Individual sessions are £45
Couples sessions are £70
(I am willing to offer concessions for students/ those on a low income).
At least 8 sessions are recommended for the therapeutic process to work.
Location
For face-to-face counselling, I book therapy rooms at Ownzone in Stroud, Glos. Alternatively, I can make home visits if you live locally.
For online or telephone counselling, I have a private space in my home where we can speak confidentially.
