Rebecca has been a truly empathetic counsellor during a very challenging period of transition in my life. I had been struggling with loneliness and belonging, unable to name my struggles or reach their roots. Through her gentle presence and openness, I found the courage to face the truth behind what I was feeling and to take action that honoured myself.

Rebecca never judged where my mind wandered; instead, she guided me toward insight and self-respect at my own pace. I always left our sessions feeling seen, heard, and lighter. She is kind, supportive, and deeply intuitive, a once-in-a-lifetime good soul. I’m profoundly grateful to have crossed paths with her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking help.
